Lori Baxter started selling real estate in 2001 while attending the University of Tennessee. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering in December 2003. Through her experience of selling real estate she decided that becoming an engineer was not what she wanted to do, but the education she received did help her realize where she could make a difference in the real estate industry. Recognizing where she could provide a service that buyers and sellers could utilize, she set out to develop a system that would set her apart from others in the industry.
